Been using Bootzie oil for 12 years at least..love it. Worried about ordering new smell but LUSH is amazing! It is different than Bootzie but at the same time feels familiar. Couldn’t be happier with purchase!

My order never showed. Never heard from anyone. I emailed twice asking where my order was. It was said it would be delivered on 23rd then on 26 it hadn't been shipped yet now it say nov 5th. No one with write me back. Asked for refund or to advise. No response.

Store owner replied: Aloha, Sherry, I’m trying to look up your name in our system and I don’t see it. That being said, I did not get an email, but I’m going to look in the junk. I have been traveling back-and-forth for family issues, and I’m more than happy to refund you, but I need your order number. Also happy to send them out again. The USPS system has been a nightmare lately. People are missing all sorts of orders. I apologize. Please let me know what we can do.

I did not care for the smell. The original scent smells so sexy and romantic. I love it so much so, I thought maybe this new scent would smell more along the lines of fruit, fresh, and playful if that makes any sense. It just wasn't the right fit for me. Buuuut, I emailed Bootzie and asked if I could do an exchange for the 2 of the 3 roll ons I ordered, and with a quick response not only was I able to exchange the 2 unopened roll ons, Bootzie said she would switch out all 3 and they would use the one I opened for tester. I live on Maui so, it was easy to show up to the gallery. The workers needed no proof of anything, switched it and spoke highly of Bootzie the owner and knew that this was something she would do without hessitation. I will be a life long customer just based on customer service alone.
