Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping within the USA is free, and international orders are calculated at current carrier rates at checkout.

 

What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund (minus original shipping cost) within 7 days of receiving your package. Just email us at aloha@bootzie.com to start a return.

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are handmade in small batches in Maui and typically ship within a few business days, with tracking sent as soon as your order is on its way.

Are Bootzie products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Every Bootzie perfume oil and body product is vegan and cruelty-free, and formulated without parabens, sulfates, phthalates, phosphates, or gluten.

 

Are Bootzie perfume oils safe for sensitive skin?

Bootzie oils are handcrafted in small batches using high-quality essential oils and perfume fragrance oils. As with any fragrance product, we recommend a small patch test first if you have particularly sensitive skin.

 

What's the difference between a perfume oil and a spray perfume?

Perfume oils like Bootzie's are more concentrated and alcohol-free, so they wear closer to the skin and last longer than traditional alcohol-based sprays, without the sharp initial "blast" of alcohol.
