I've been getting Bootzie for years and love it. Normally it would be 5 stars. But this time it seems diluted. My friends and family agree the fragrance is much more faint and doesn't last. I wondered if maybe there was a mistake in the batch I recieved and tried to message but recieved no response. I really love this fragrance and I'm hoping it was just a mistake in the patch. Any response would be wonderful, thank you.

Store owner replied: Aloha Catherine, I have not recieved any messages or emails from you. Where exactly did you send them? I am sorry you were not happy with the product. I have never changed the recipe in 27 years, however if you want to send it back I will refund you for sure. Also, sometimes, if you wear the scent for years, you can start to not smell it as well, its called "nose blindness" it happens. They recommend that you stop using it for a few weeks and try a different scent for a while. The signature scent is my absolute favorite!! I’ve absolutely love this company! I’ve been ordering from them for years and have never had an issue or needed an exchange. Their shipping is incredibly fast. Recently, totally my own fault, I wanted to try a new scent but accidentally ordered the wrong one. I reached out to them and within an hour I had a response. They were not only super sweet, but they also let me keep the one I ordered by mistake and sent me the one I actually wanted to try. Exceptional customer service!
